Flickspeed (“Flickspeed”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI-powered creative workspace for producing, organizing, and publishing marketing content. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use flickspeed.ai, our applications, APIs, and related services (together, the “Service”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy does not cover third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of the Service, and information received from service providers and integrations. This may include:

• Account and profile data: name, email address, password credentials in protected form, organization details, role, preferences, and profile information.
• Content and creative data: prompts, instructions, uploaded images, video, audio, documents, brand assets, generated outputs, projects, comments, and related metadata.
• Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses, and other messages you send us.
• Transaction data: plan, subscription status, purchases, credit usage, invoices, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, not stored directly by Flickspeed.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, operating system, referring pages, approximate location, log data, feature interactions, diagnostics, and cookie identifiers.
• Connected-service data: information made available when you connect a social network, storage provider, or other integration, subject to your settings with that provider.

We use personal information to provide and operate the Service; authenticate users; process subscriptions and credits; generate and store requested outputs; support collaboration; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; respond to requests; analyze and improve performance; communicate service updates; comply with law; and enforce our terms.

Where permitted, we may use prompts, uploads, outputs, feedback, and interaction data to evaluate and improve our features, safety systems, workflows, and models. We may use de-identified or aggregated information for analytics, research, and product development where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

We may disclose information to vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and deliver the Service; payment processors; AI and media-processing providers used to fulfill your requests; integrations you choose to connect; members and administrators of your organization; professional advisers; and authorities or other parties when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

If Flickspeed is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

To provide AI features, Flickspeed may send your prompts, uploads, and relevant project context to the model or infrastructure provider selected for a workflow. Those providers process the information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms, depending on the feature.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material you are not authorized to use, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. AI outputs may be inaccurate or resemble existing material; review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. Backups and records required for fraud prevention, tax, legal, or security purposes may remain after an account or content is deleted.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and keep your account credentials confidential.

You may update certain account information in the Service, disconnect integrations, manage browser cookies, and unsubscribe from marketing communications using the link in those messages. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To exercise a privacy right, email hello@flickspeed.ai. We may verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Flickspeed is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised version here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when legally required.
